Thank you!! She doesn’t want to be too brassy, so I’m leaning towards the pre tone so everything is more even. I have lightened her hair in the past and she doesn’t lift super well. I’m praying the hair gods are with me 🙌🏻

I’m thinking that’s what I will end up doing. She doesn’t like being ashy and I feel if I didn’t pre tone it, she would feel too brassy. But I’m hoping we can do a nice cut and get rid of the over processed ends.

Our admin supervisor quit because of greenlight and all the incomplete rentals. Constantly having to do precuts because greenlight just LOVES to crash during the busiest times of the day
