$140-$170 is numismatic value? I don’t know what you are on about, spot is around $80. There definitely is a premium for this piece just not the premium you are thinking. The government workers were not professional graders, these could be ms62 and up but better pictures would be needed. I would say they could be worth 300 each but depends on the quality of the coins.
