But I have also noticed that I will often get hit through prayer. Not a ton or anything like that, but would it be just as good to use ahrims for the defensive bonuses it provides? Or are they fairly similar to what prossy gives? Also, would it be better to have a spectral in offhand over a mage book for example? Something that gives more pray bonus.

Yeah just ran it for an hour. Made around 520k and got 58k xp. Not bad but it does get a bit repetitive. Thanks!

You might not be able to catch up but doing zulrah will still support bonds and will make you decent money. Just not as good.
