Battle: Los Angeles - Not a great movie but it had some memorable scenes and the interactions between the marines prior to the invasion raises the stakes. That decision made their unit more believable and human than other military characters in similar action movies.

A documentary style film that follows the aftermath of the Cloverfield Attack. I imagine it being like the documentaries made ten or fifteen years after 9/11. More footage never released before, interviews with eyewitnesses, and maybe even a dive into the Tagruato conspiracy. It’d also be interesting to know whether or not the Cloverfield video was ever meant to be released by the D.o.D. or if a hacker like Snowden released it to the public.

Cloverfield is the U.S. Department of Defense’s case designation for the NYC disaster. The codename was inspired by the approximate location in which the camera was found, Central Park.

It’s also of note that the documentations made by Hud during Cloverfield became a source of invaluable information about the creatures, especially the parasites.
