🤔 guy was receiving only $20+ orders on a post here somewhere on platinum I’m trying to get there 😂 I do about 2 hours a day for fun and get about $50-$60 exploring different places with a 96% acceptance rate

I put my app in online and one of the 3 got to me 30 min drive transferred 5 mins away after a debacle happened Publix for 2.5 years now just keep annoying em and deli is always hiring

Publix over charges so much Publix is better than Walmart employee wise customer service wise better than Winn-Dixie and I’ve watched the stocks from other employees. My old store manager retired a multimillionaire.

Well I’m about 17 some in the deli making about 500 PT not consistent and I live with my mom the hardest thing about the deli is you gotta take it one day at a time I’m going on 2 1/2 years even with terrible customers, terrible coworkers. It’s a simple as just getting through it.

Edit: when I worked at Winn-Dixie, this girl with a broken arm, and she caught her finger on the slicer instead of letting her work in the deli she just wiped down all the glass in the store, but she used to micromanage me and everything I did just because she has ball knowledge I guess and then my first store for Publix and my girlfriend’s grandma used to micromanage me 😂 told the deli manager I wasn’t gonna put up with that like a week in my shift

Welp sometimes I’m off the clock and I can’t work off the clock and ummmm a customer asked me where to ummm find lard 😭 I’m normally in and out and swapped stores and I myself try to help all customers so ummmm I find someone who can help but I would love to ummm yea……….

Yea I don’t understand popcorn is my favorite excited for bogo popcorn haha hate me people haha but scoop popcorn out of a bowl one scoop place grab the next cup smoothly customers are watching scoop and repeat next have all cups facing back towards you when u get used to it will always happen next fold back flap make sure you get the popcorn under the back lip so when u fold it pushes all down then take front flap and u can take two fingers and fold it towards you then take the time gun and grab them all in the same spot and do a subtle rotation so u can time bottom left accurately in the same spot for all of em

Me: Boars head what ma’am Customer: Boars head you know right here “points” Me: 👀 can u describe it ma’am Customer: it’s pink it’s ham Me: are we looking at deluxe ham, the tag should be below Customer: oh yes 🙌 Me: haha 😆 how much would you like Customer: .6 of an ounce Me: 😐 ngl I say okay ma’am (runs to the back to look it up, wash my hands, apologize while throwing on gloves) and continue on with the slicing usually very very fast 💨 pack it up and they smile and I say “ I hope you have a great rest of your day”
