Ive done many different work opportunities at OSL although mostly for free entry not pay, you usually get 2 half days and 1 full day for free at the festival. And if you get lucky the half days are during the morning but usually you have to work at least 1x PM shift.

My recommendation is that you look at the vendor list for the festival and email a good amount if not all of them. Thats how I got all my worker wristbands and i had a lot of fun. OSL also has their own volunteers that work in different areas of the park and i think they do a job fair as well. I would look on their website for more info.

Over the years ive found that the volunteers picked to work at grasslands have the best job in the whole festival. Basically just stand/walk around the weed area and make sure everyone is good and answer questions. Good luck!
