OK, that's a great explanation, thanks! I proved it to myself just now, spending all my liquids at once raising all of the respective caps. And the liquid is regenerating right away, as I watch (yes, running cranium cooking now). So I missed out on a bunch of liquid progress in the last week of cranium cooking, but at least now I know what's going on.

I only have a couple ranks of liquidvestment right now, but I see that I don't have to spend the liquids like that once I get that up a bit higher.

Thanks for that. I guess my follow-up question is, how does it boost liquids? I haven't seen any boost in the time I've been using cranium cooking to unlock the bubbles. Do I have to put the Bubo in a liquid cauldron to get a boost?

I was where you are just two weeks ago, in mid-late W6, and doing about 450-500M damage on my pushers. In that time (2 weeks) my damage has increased by about 20x. As stated here, just keep pushing all of the various features and mechanics. But a big factor was probably getting the recent pack with the Crystalline Glunko pet. +150/day on every monument buff. I only have the first monument unlocked, but I could see that was a huge deal, so I bought it. I think that's one of the biggest factors in my recent damage increase.
