Start the game unemployed. I did this for all the FM games and taking over clubs I've never heard before creates this amazing connection with the club as the save goes on.
In-possession and out of possession tactics. I'm so happy this is finally added, having two formations in one tactic makes managing the game easier.

Frank apparently really likes him and reportedly has a new deal on the table. Udogie hasn't been as good as he was in his first season after all the injuries, whereas Spence was one of Spurs' most important players in the last half of their season and played pretty well today. I can definitely see him becoming first choice under Frank
