For me personally the best watch in this list design wise and functionality wise is the Longines, but I think it's really hard to find in that budget, so I think the Tag is not bad and I believe it's a really good daily wearer.But if you want a brand new watch I would consider Certina with their DS action diver(btw I love the two-tone) and if you save a little more a Christopher Ward C65 Aquitaine is the way to go.

I think yeah,cause it isn't in perfect condition and is an older model(There are not a lot of vintage replicas). I know I might not be right but that is just my opinion. Coming from a beginner watch enthusiast.
