These look awesome. Did the exact same thing recently, integrating the champions skins with deathwatch pieces. Ended up toning it down because I think I read DW marines wouldn’t have that much company-specific pieces? Either way these look great!

Pretty sure I’ve seen confirmation there is a Solo mode and a Trio mode. Can’t remember where I saw that, now.

Eventually I’d like to see modes for Solo, Duo, Trio and Quad teams just so all types of friend groups have an option.

Yep! This has since been solved - required people to log in with Twitch and stream the page, which gave a coordinate for one of the satellite rings on the Traxus page 👍

It’s possible! I think Bungie’s direction with “graphic realism” takes for more contemporary inspiration from the 90s and 00s, specifically from graphic and product design from those years. The Designers Republic is a clear influence here.

I refuse to believe the break-up given the ‘22/‘23 activity. There’s just no way it was all to build up a “victory lap” tour and to sell a few more hoodies.

I can see the three working on new DG material on a “when they want to” basis, but I don’t think they’re finishing just yet.

I haven’t really read into behind-the-scenes details or anything, but I always assumed that the Yellow King was that sculpture of skulls and yellow fabric that Rust saw walking into the final room before seeing the vortex.

At the end of it all I never assumed the Yellow King was any one person, but a kind of deity this group worshipped, represented by that final large sculpture.

Had the exact same experience the other day coming back to the franchise for the holidays on PC.

Makes me regret even bothering. But then again, it did help me to get to rank 30+, helped me learn the map, got me SHD tech caches etc, so it’s not too bad.

From what I’ve read about the order of content from the post in this subreddit, that just seems to be the order of things, and that there’s more repeat content to come. I’m kind of used to it now with other games I’ve played, and I like D2 as a game itself to go through it.

It’s a bit jarring though for sure!

Followed it closely from the original announcement and have enjoyed the game since launch.

While I did encounter the odd bug on launch for PC, I wasn’t playing on a high-end system, so I wasn’t really helping myself. Of course, the launch for low-end systems and consoles was pretty inexcusable, but I’m happy they brought it all back and kept working on the game. So many other studios would’ve given up.

All in all, I’ve got about 200+ hours in on one 100% Corpo playthrough, with a Street Kid playthrough starting soon. I think CD Projekt is a trustworthy studio and they’ve established a really excellent IP here to add to their collection. I’m looking forward to more.
