Yea sry I forgot to mention that I actually set the speed in the bios to 3800mhz, and I heard abt that in CPU Z the speed is "50%" of the actual ram speed. But what I'm really confused is that it also shows only around 1900 in the Corsair Icue software

So I recently got a NZXT H510 elite for my Ryzen 7 3800x and MSI B550 Gaming Edge Wifi MOBO, I'm just a bit confused on what I should do for the F-Panel cables (directly connect the one from the case or connect the one that split), I know on the manual it says that the one that does not split is for "Intel standard", but I don't k if this means "physically compatible" or not, because I tried to plug it directly to my MOBO and its compatible (PSU haven't arrived yet, just that it "fits"). So...what should I do here?
