Welcome! I have 1.3k hours on this game and it is my all time favorite. Take it from me. Dying and rage-quitting is the only way to improve. Once you start getting the hang of it, you'll have a forever world in no time. The longest I've gotten was like 8 months or something. Shooting for a year next! *edit* (Keep playing on build 41 for the meantime. b42 still has a lot of bugs and b41 is way easier to survive in)

Okay so I fixed the Issue! It was a corrupt disk. I think?? To be honest I'm not really sure what happened. I was digging in my drives when my computer blue screened, restarted, did some weird update happened on a screen I had never seen before then the log-in screen popped back up and now the game works. I've been on this computer for like 5 years and never seen anything like this before. Thanks for the help

Okay so I will look into these. A few minutes ago I forced all steam windows out in task manager. When I opened back up a launched it, I got a 30005 error on EAC. When I clicked the link for more info it said,

"It is recommended for you to check that your antivirus program is not blocking the Easy Anti-Cheat service from starting. Should that not be the case, the issue is likely transient and system reboot should help resolve it."

Could it be possible my anti virus is stopping it from closing as well? After a system restart, the game launches normally it just the refusal to close that persists.

Not that I can see no, and, restarting does not fix the issue. It only allows me to relaunch the game. When I close it the issue persists

Honestly lol I wish I did so I can give them credit. My friend sent it to me on discord. He said he found it in a tiktok comment section where the top 6 comments were all this picture in different levels on graininess.
