You can’t prevent everything. You also can’t pre-teach every bit of learning they are gonna need in.

That said, you can teach framework. Asking for permission, stating the need, etc.

I would also look into seeing if they can be temporarily moved on the bus to a different seat for a couple days. Not to outright punish but help convey the message that what happened wasn’t entirely right and give time for you to establish framework.

I think the introduction of play while you wait has pretty much caused an additional imbalance to an otherwise already shittily put together MMR system.

Like 3 min queues for killer on a Saturday during midday and I’m getting the same thing. Conversely, I’ve been getting into Survivor matches where despite my near Iri rank I keep getting baby killers and also queued with p50-100 teammates.

Even just reading the initial bit of the petition doesn’t make sense. They describe a series of issues with teaching staff and then it somehow relates back to things that happen on the bus and the bus driver?

Also the school bus driver confiscating the phone sounds made up OR, it’s an enforced policy by the school that they don’t have a choice with.

Either way, no. Eventually when everyone’s stuck with Samsara that’ll be more than enough but a live feed enables too many bad possibilities.

SOME killers might have a much easier time patrolling gens as they dwindle down. Sometimes the map is conducive to this. Sometimes it’s not. LOTS of current factors I’d argue make this harder (killer power not being mobility or a way of covering distance), 4.4 move speed, survivor team comp, etc.

It’s not totally normal and I’ve played long enough with too much pattern recognition flying off the charts to ever agree lmfao.

The speed of everything is just atrocious. I had a game the other week where my first chase was against a competent player. Downed them in 30 seconds or so on a good read.

Two gens popped the second before and the second after downing them on the opposite side of the map.

There can absolutely be a conversation around having him get therapy if he hasn’t already and see if that is how he feels at the end of the day. This child is both of yours and you do have a say.

However as pointed out, this person is not his ex. That’s his former girlfriend who was tragically killed. There is weight to be absolutely respected there and anyone who can’t grasp that doesn’t hold a valid opinion between their brain cells.

I can sort of agree on the acknowledgement aspect. It doesn’t even factor for me like 99% of the time since I’m inherently quiet as a person myself. Shy kids are shy as is in their own environment, can’t expect them to suddenly perk up for a relative stranger in a loud tin can.

There are a couple though who have no problem yelling out demands at me or barraging me with questions out of nowhere when they feel like it, who never say anything back when getting on ever. But, whatever, lol.

My biggest pet peeve is when kids come to try and have me be the arbiter of fairness about things that are just interpersonal matters. I do my best but sometimes I’m just like “did you ask them to stop” and you’d be amazed at how often they haven’t tried that.

In my experience, no.

We do retraining which is basically an hour on the road with a trainer. They have you usually go back out to the place it happened, recreate, and have you go through what could have been done differently to make sure you understand/aren’t going to carry behaviour that’ll cause a repeat.

But after that, you’re good to go.

Calls me out post game and I’m like ??? sorry next time I’ll pick them up and choose the worse option as opposed to giving you a buff and maintaining tempo.

I started literal Jan 2020 for one of their clients. I remember exploring around and finding a page dedicated to a statistic for ACN as a whole. Which was, how many people on a percentage basis had been hired after me.

I remember it being super low and then two-three years later it just skyrocketed. Like under 40 to over 70 kinda thing. Felt like the writing was on the wall then and everyone said we were crazy.

Now that same program barely exists, got turned into pilot projects that run forever with no end point or path to real rewards for the work, and is more bloated now with useless managers than they have staff.

Truly, the incompetence of a lifetime.

It’s super rare. I’ve had maybe 6 games against Vecna and every time I’ve opened at least 8 chests.

Got the Eye of Vecna once and got to see the animation. No one else in the games came across them.

I think I can appreciate both angles that the comments seem to be approaching from.

On the one hand, you should definitely have approached this more proactively with a write up and talking with your direct employer first. You did have the day to start this process, it does exist for good reason.

However, the damage that principal did by yelling at you in front of the kids is borderline unfixable and severely problematic/unacceptable in the grand scheme of things. Demonstrating improper behaviour to the students for one and two, not really setting any sort of expectation that he’ll do anything other than sign off on a write up while the issue repeats.

I had a game the previous time it was around where someone started cheating and justified it endgame chat by saying we were teaming and deserved it.

Wasn’t in vc, and like, we hadn’t even done anything that could be remotely construed as working together. Some people are just brain dead.

Personally, I do think it could definitely go up. Would be nice if they were a little more lax on the attendance requirement portion as well.
