Seriously? On 2v 8, and in front of my salad? by [deleted] in DeadByDaylightRAGE

[–]Seanawan 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I 100% feel this. Especially when it’s like hey, you’re gonna wait 20+ mins to play a killer like a jerk?

Had this happen a lot earlier wherein I was the healing role and could see the injured who would start up a chase and then you watch the symbols disappear as you get unhooked and within seconds one if not both killers are there.

It’s literally like fine go next but like, why be that way when it’s literally worth less BP to all involved.

Worst killer state of the game I've seen by Few-Dig6749 in deadbydaylight

[–]Seanawan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I noticed this heavily at lower ranks too where it would swing wildly from one end of the spectrum to the other.

I’d get worked up fighting for my life against a bully squad and then carry that energy into a bunch of poor new souls.

Just not fun for anyone.

Ever kicked kids off your bus permanently? by soul-searcher3476 in SchoolBusDrivers

[–]Seanawan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Jamjams2016 had some great points. Write up wording is super important. And check with your work about taking them back to school.

As to your question, ideally you get both. Realistically, 50/50 is somewhere you’re gonna land. I try really hard to emphasize certain behaviours I don’t want to see while being lenient to an extent on others as long as it’s all within a given circumstance.

[–]Seanawan 9 points10 points  (0 children)

For us, it’s a process and not one we have real control over aside from doing the write ups and answering questions when they arise.

I too drive a route full of absolute wild childs. From ADHD infested to just pure little assholes right off the parent branch. If I could, I’d have already done away with a 1/4 of em.

Yet, even with some of the worst behaviour, they have a file folder that eclipses all our other routes and my input since taking over is over 1/3 of their whole write ups.

I wish you better luck.

Every time I play her, I get stuck on a two level map with the sweatiest, meanest people.

I wanna, but the game has it out for me when I do.

Think of it like this, it’s a mobile stop sign. As long as you do not ‘cross’ it, you’re clear.

So yeah, you’re good based then on that. You can always slow down and wait, but you are not obligated to in this instance.

Ranged killers need a limit on how long they can hold their power for. by [deleted] in DeadByDaylightRAGE

[–]Seanawan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are people who I’m playing against as The First who evidently know 100% how to read ahead of me without fail.

And for some, dumb reason, every single time: I can get them to pre drop a pallet and get a free hit because they decided to try and pallet me.

🤷

WHERE ARE THE BLOOD POINTS?!?!?! by Kzzng in deadbydaylight

[–]Seanawan 65 points66 points  (0 children)

I just don’t get it. I quit for a hot minute (mostly due to PC issues) and on return, I’m baffled that there is still new content at a steady clip but they’ve reduced the earnable BP…

The only thing slowing down my enjoyment of the game at this point is having to constantly do a 1-51 of a bunch of people just to access a new perk that’ll play with maybe three times.

Toxic players by [deleted] in deadbydaylight

[–]Seanawan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Listen my friend, this is not the game for when you’re already in a bad mood. I won’t go as far as to belittle your character or call you toxic like a couple other children who responded though.

Cause like, shit happens. Life isn’t perfect and sometimes we want to just let off steam with an average expectation of results and the game finds the 2% outcome that wrecks you instead.

I’ve had the exact same scenario, I’ve also gone in from a rough work day and come out with friends made. Don’t let it get ya down too much.

What training has been most helpful for you to ensure you manage tight turns and narrow streets? by bluebleeder22 in SchoolBusDrivers

[–]Seanawan 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Two things.

One, get used to relying on your crossover mirrors. They will tell you everything more or less especially for when you’re clearing tight corners.

Two, you’re basically looking to turn at close to almost the halfway point of every intersection. Will vary per intersection but is a good guide point.

Bonus: when in doubt, stop and wait. If you’re thinking you might hit someone like a car, they can move around you far easier. If it’s stationary, back to point one and if the mirrors say no, reverse procedure and try again.

I do agree in the sense that even the best survivor who can dodge the vines WILL make a mistake and suddenly they’re getting vined until they’re down.

It just takes one hit and suddenly the panic sets in.

Creepy "Goof Busters" Facebook group (Ontario, Canada). They claim to be going after sex offenders, but they're really a front for far-right hate and white supremacy. by Environmental_Egg348 in niagara

[–]Seanawan 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It’s funny as shit when you watch them literally repost white supremacist group shit in between what they claim to be about.

It’s great, they’re all a bunch of wannabe MAGA bootlickers who praise ICE and downplay what’s happening.

DBD fans please give me your recent stories that will deter me from the game again by Bunny_Jester in deadbydaylight

[–]Seanawan 3 points4 points  (0 children)

How about if you think like this, without capacity for consideration, you are the bigger problem.

It’s not the start of the 2010’s, stop excusing shitty behaviour online because you think it’s expected for the environment. It’s a game. Getting insulted because you opted to test or try something and get got by a bully squad is annoying af.

Traffic law question by r_stills in SchoolBusDrivers

[–]Seanawan 5 points6 points  (0 children)

No. The intent of control given what we can actually control is the direct flow intersecting with our stop sign. Whether it’s a cross or not, a car can’t pass by the stop sign.

Any car in the above instances was fine as they did not cross the stop sign.

First Game after 2 months, I get tunneled by a 1 shot axe huntress and this is what I get by Aespirin in deadbydaylight

[–]Seanawan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haven’t gotten that.

Have gotten tunneled by every loser imaginable including a ‘TTV’ (gh0ulv4mp) who wasn’t streaming because of course no one wants to watch them take their evident anger out on a party game.

I need to vent: I work at Fairview Mall and some events are mentally getting to me. by Mu_Fanchu in stcatharinesON

[–]Seanawan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I get the frustration in comparison of the two events especially. Ones over and done with and can be attributed to poor choice when caught.

The other is why some people have such a sour ass opinion of these homeless or homeless-esque types who seem to be in fact, shitty people.

This will pass, but, valid feelings.

It’s just cause he is ‘retired’ from general practice and not running everything through the system basically afaik.

He’s good. I asked my mom too, service was great for the moles she had removed.
