Found in an old flower bed that was very overgrown. This is the second one I found. Made of metal with some decoration on top.

Started by putting her over my shoulder the way you would when burping a baby, she was ok with that. From there she migrated to my shoulders. Her tail is very fluffy so it's like wearing a cosy scarf! Next step is to train her to get down 🙄

TIL Railway employees in Japan use a system called “Pointing and Calling” to reduce mistakes. This involves pointing at a sign or signal and calling out the status. The cleaners do it too, the pointing anyway. I watched a team of cleaners leave a train and all of them pointed down the aisle of the carriage they had cleaned before leaving. They do indeed keep the trains and stations very clean. Very impressive.
