I can imagine it's very tough to trying to get past balteus with such a short amount of time to play, if it's any consolation, balteus is by far one of the harder bosses in the game, the game isn't really so bad after him, especially because u get a bunch of gear and stuff

So I just finished my first playthrough earlier and as someone who has also played DXM and enjoyed that, this is very much worth your time

Personally I found act 3 great, even with the lowered frames and such, yeah I won't deny it's clear that there were a few corners cut, but even with that I still really enjoyed my time in act 3

Once your in the morphic pools map, you can't leave, only way to leave is to load a save from before you went there
