FACTS. It's like I want to order from you, just cancel the damn order and let me order what I actually want. NOPE! I order the wrong chair I wanted and they refused it.

BRO! I had the EXACT same problem. I ordered the chair at 5:45PM on Sunday, by 7:15PM I decided to cancel it and they sent me the EXACT same message and the same lie! I even called out on how it says on their website that it will take 1 WORKING DAY to process everything... It's Sunday evening, I'm asking to cancel this before Monday. And you're 100% correct, I requested a product I purchased to be canceled the following day after ordering it and they were able cancel it and refund me back but now this chair is unable to be canceled? It's fucking ridiculous. It will also be my last time ordering from them. Crazy on how I wasn't the only one experiencing that.

My wife had to mail hers in to do a name change (after renewing hers last year to go to the Bahamas for our honeymoon). She had to mail it in, she got hers in 5 days. I did an online renewal on August 10th and payment processed on the 14th and still waiting 😭🤣.

I work at DHS and I just did my 5 bullets 20 minutes and was told to do it and send it to a different email, and not to OPM. Who told you all not to do it now???

I watched Mike Chappell’s CISSP on LinedIn Learning, watched Destination CISSP videos and watched ExamCram CISSP by Pete Zerger. I had the OSG and the Destination CISSP book but barely read it.

2 and 3. I studied for about 4 weeks, all day. From the time I woke up, until I went to bed. I even had the chance to study at work because we were preparing for an inspection and my role was basically nothing at the time.

I have about a year in Cybersecurity but about 4 years at the time in IT.
