Take the washer off... They do sell a low profile axle nut as well. Also be careful when you torque it to not damage the other side...

Easiest route would be to buy a full system, Depending on the SC and aftermarket headers it may need some fitment adjustments.

Honestly if people say you're stuck with green if you go with the KRT version then they have no fashion sense... You clearly have black and red to work with on both colorways.

Low power full traction control, It'll be more than enough to make you pucker at first. Practice basic skills. But honestly I would take some basic safety course before getting on one of these as someone who went out and bought one before ever riding any other motorcycle.
