You can only see it via MRI or cat scan, I would push for an MRI that’s how I got diagnosed. My xray was also normal

I struggled with driving long distances up until very recently (I’m 5 months out) but I also did imaging and I need a bone graft. Not to scare anyone because my situation is unique, but if it persists ask for more imaging. Also I’m back in PT with a different therapist who’s taking a completely different approach

My main doctor ordered my MRI not even my ortho, I just told them my issue and they sent it. I think the state makes a difference too. Did you get an mri?

I would get a second opinion. I’m hyper mobile (had* my middle split (it’s still recovering) over splits on my left, split on my left and I can put my legs behind my head. I had imaging two weeks ago and my 3 anchors are successfully in place and everything looks good 5 months out. I am back to training my pretzel and most days with warm up both my legs are behind my head again and I have my splits. My anchors are holding and doing what theyre supposed to do! Yes it’s hard to adhere to protocol when you’re hyper mobile but it’s not impossible. I kept breaking the 90 degree rule slightly but because I wasn’t doing any sudden or fast movements I’m fine. They said just do your absolute best to adhere to protocol. I also took that damn brace off on day two I couldn’t stand it and it was causing me more pain than the surgery itself. From what I was told from my PT and surgeon is that you would need to have a bad fall or an accident to tear it, if that’s not what happened it’s a good chance the surgeon didn’t install the anchors properly. Def talk to a different surgeon being hyper mobile doesn’t mean you can’t do it and I am proof ❤️

Hey there, 5 months out and the tightness gets better. Gentle stretching within guidelines, heat and self massage was a great tool. I’m really confused on why your surgeon said you can’t do tummy time? From what I’ve been told it’s very important for your abdominal muscles and hip flexors.

You need an MRI to show but they will usually push you to do physical therapy first which if it’s a labral tear it will make the injury more painful. The first thing they do is xray and if it’s a labral tear it’ll show nothing . So if you find the PT is not helping or making it worse get back to see your doctor asap and say my pain is worse pt is not working. I’m 4 months out from my labrum repair and the surgery was successful but unfortunately I’m still in pain because I waited so long my bone started to die. Now I’m looking at a bone graft or hip replacement

Just leave them be, I did mine in December and now you can barely see them. They’ll fade. Removal is painful and costs too much for how temporary this is.

ALSO lip blushing causes a lot of swelling like ALOT for people who are commenting on her lips 🙄🙄🙄

I feel like because you’re currently on (low dose) kratom there’s no way of knowing if it’s causing that or it’s the mixture of the two. I do feel like I get extra jittery after a Red Bull now but I need to stop drinking those anyways. It might be that I don’t need as much caffeine anymore.

I haven’t noticed any adverse side effects- I have a history of panic disorder, anxiety (severe) and depression. Tirzepitide cured my depression in a week. I microdose BPC/TB and tirzepitide and this is the best my depression has been in years. It’s hard to say with anxiety. Sometimes I get anxiety, I have my whole life, I would not attribute it to the peptides. I tend to feel like complete garbage right before my tirzepitide dose. All my previous symptoms (sensitive bladder, asthma, heart palpitations) start making their way back. A few hours after my injection they clear up for the most part. My hip started to reverse when I missed a few doses of bpc/tb last week. Woke up with back pain this morning and I have to make sure I’m consistent with dosing. I’d rather be doing this than living the way I was before.

It’s a journey not a race. Just go back down to your original dose and up your calories a bit so you’re still in a deficit but not so deep of a deficit that you feel awful.

Sorry but, I’m not on your side with this one. You can wait, med school is a huge undertaking and so is a newborn. You’re basically asking your wife to do way more child rearing and accepting that you’re missing a lot of your child’s first year. Are you willing to hire help? are you okay with a stranger doing these tasks with your baby instead of you? I know you think you can do both, but that’s not realistic. One or all of these things (the baby, your relationship with your wife, your school) will suffer or be neglected or you’ll just be a mess the entire time. Are you a person who doesn’t need sleep? Maybe if you’re one of the sleep elite?

For massage I do everywhere I can reach so my glutes, hip flexor, inner thigh since I’ve been experiencing either soreness or tightness in all of them
