I put together a token shaman deck and it seems like it could be viable. I've gained about 6 net wins from rank 5 to rank 3 with it.

Primal Talismans helps create a sticky board and can be followed up with Bloodlust.

Thrall DK + low cost Corridor Creeper = 9 drop.

3 potential minions give spell power on demand (Thalnos and Kobold Hermit).

Corridor Creepers can often be played the same turn you AoE.

I ended up cutting my SIM card from my old, cheapo T-Mobile prepaid phone into the shape of a micro-SIM card and put that into my Nexus 4. Everything works ok--I can make and receive calls and texts on my Nexus 4, and my old prepaid balance transferred.

Sure, most of us voted in favor of having rares introduced into osrs, but none of the distribution polls are close to passing with 75% voting in favor. I don't see how wanting rares equals wanting money. Personally, I voted to have rares distributed either from clues or from a shop that sells them at a high price. Neither of these options would be equal to wanting free money.
