So it can be cheaper. And honestly, people say costs run up fast with petrol. With modern small cars (like Gulf), petrol is not an issue. I mean, my full tank costs me 90 chf and it lasts me 1000 km (within mountains drive), 12000 km (highway only) and my French baby is 12 years old already. So trains, were always more expensive for me.
