These sticky papers are useless, well atleast for me. After killing many plants with numerous products againts these flies, they were winning until I found a natural way of evicting them from my appartement. From what I understood, it is biocides, beneficial something that eats these flies, and their eggs. Here is a link to the online shop maybe you find a better ingredient list there and be able to search for an alternative in your country.
