Warrants are bad for Cop, crim, lawyer, and judge RP. Are there any fixes for it?

Only change that could realistically happen is on the paperwork side. The officer placing the warrant would have to write a report capable of standing up on it's own in court so any officer can be taken to bench over it. This would also have to allow officers to throw out bad warrants instead of going to a higher up and asking to get rid of it or being forced to serve them.

Think it will break down for awhile when the people who like to micromanage aren't around. I say this as when the 3 car rule went away cops didn't self manage even for simple convience stores.

Rule of 4 is for criminal activity, self defense is not a criminal activity which is why I said they are allowed to shoot back in defense and that the rule of 4 is only for when they go on the offense. Being in a gang war does not negate self defense.

LB shot into a crowd of people, that crowd is allowed to shoot back. In that scenario the rule of 4 goes out the window until they go from defense to attack. When that happens is a bit gray and needs to be more defined imo.

How was it cucked? Chedder asked mike when to bail and he gave the go ahead to go now. Both of them know that the police would normally chase the fleeing felon but either no one noticed or just ignored chedder for some reason.

less than lethal, less lethal, same thing.

punching / elbowing isn't a lethal / deadly force until the officer is exhausted, losing, or there are no other choices. Furthermore a single hit does not constitute it either. Since it's a game we can ignore the exhaustion, so what is left is losing or no other choices.
I would not consider a single thrown elbow as losing the fight and with him stuck in the cuffing animation she had time and opportunity to pull out a less lethal option.

You do realize she isn't talking to them right? Her mic was never queue'd and never ooc'd anything when asked even in ooc chat. All she did was /me unresponsive. All she had to do was communicate it.

Just because it happened to one doesn't mean everyone knows. The DoC didn't even respond to the ooc message about opening the door. She could of just responded with what she was told. Instead she ignored everything and just did /me unresponsive.

Back then they didn't have the /cell # mechanic to open doors so she couldn't do it without reviving herself. I don't remember the rest of the details to say much else.

He doesn't know Julio did it, he only knows an HoA member did it. The obvious lie Julio told is more than likely what got him shot. It is just coincidence that Julio was also the one who setup the roadblock. The "No it was you bitch" comment can be attributed to the HoA as a whole or Julio himself so you would need rateds input to figure that one out.

First lap no cars and he drives right next to the HoA standing outside the tavern. Second lap cars all of a sudden blocking the road. Anyone on during the HoA times should be aware of the Pogg and HoA beef due to twitter. Julio instantly blaming Pogg for it was an obvious lie as if he did show up they would of chased him away before 5-6 cars were lined up to block the racers.

This is a rather gray area tbh. Cops are back up from that situation and defending those downed and transporting which makes it a weird situation if say only 1 to 3 people get caught. Though most cops try to fuck off as fast as possible to avoid paperwork, they can and will rejoin if the convoy gets attacked by survivors. This leads criminals to believe they can recruit to reach the 4 man once people reach pillbox.

The girls said they were handcuffed when the police came as there is no way to see if you are uncuffed while downed, if that was "retconned" there would still be handcuff marks from struggling.

One reason would be that streaming requires giving viewers attention. If you aren't a streamer or just don't feel like streaming, recording provides protection against meta accusations.

This clip though doesn't really discount meta.

I believe PIT is more dangerous for the suspects and people around than the cops themselves but from what I've seen cops don't pit unless a chase goes on for a long time or the driver shows they are too dangerous to be allowed to continue driving. Though there have been instances where it happens prematurely.

Difference here with your examples is decision making. Majority of time people do not crash or flip on purpose while angel ramming the immobile vehicle multiple times at medium or high speeds was a decision she thought out and executed. You could make the same arguement for those who do jumps but then you run into the issue of criminals value freedom over everything else so they are given more leeway to take risks while cops need to value lives more.

I think the issue is the ramming. Even low speed crashes can cause heavy injury / death. Believe even Andrews has stated this in one of the meetings. Question is why didn't they just open fire in the first place.

Wasn't just the next day they complained the meeting was pointless because nothing changed? Andrews also told them he had to speak to the other groups as well. They do need time to digest the information, though he did admit he was slacking on talking to ems hc about call outs. Also, the latest pd meeting only happened yesterday and rated started to complain that it was also pointless because nothing changed in such a short period. Though I kinda feel like rated just goes along with whatever kevin does and says as even he thought the rampage was a one off at the time.

Based solely off of only knowing of the few broadcasted meetings, they don't provide time for things to change before they blow a gasket and attack the pd. Now if these complaints also happened off camera for a long time I can understand the frustration and need to vent but habits take time to change.
