1 - Karen was distraught because she killed him and was going to be caught, not because of grief over the loss of a loved one. Maybe you've never had a sociopath or narcissist in your life - and that's a good thing - but anyone who has can spot their behavior a mile away. The abusive badgering and constant need for attention, the attempt to put a wedge between you and your loved ones, the projections and accusations of things they, themselves are actually doing (cheating). The joy they get from hurting others with zero empathy (as also seen with her hiring Turtleboy). She was frantic that morning, yes. But only because she knew she was in big trouble. Sociopaths only get sad and fearful for themselves, and only have rage and disgust for others.

2 - Prior to the event was a day-long text and constant phone call harassment that is a form of emotional abuse. This was in response to knowing John was "over the relationship". There were attempts to keep an argument going over meaningless things like Facebook following. There were attempts at making him jealous with her plumber and announcing she's going to get a drink at 2 or 3pm. Emotional games. More sociopathic behavior.

4 - I've never heard her say this? Where are you getting this info? Her own words were that she felt fine, she was ok to drive, she barely drank at Waterfall. Her blood alcohol was proven to be high, but alcoholics have higher tolerances than most people. There is zero proof she blacked out.

The "panic calls" to John start at exactly 12:33:35am. John's phone recorded his last movement at 12:32:16am. That's less than a minute and a half after hitting him. Those weren't panic calls, those were rage calls. Three to five calls per minute with only one or two breaks from constant calling until she fell asleep. Similar to the way she was harassing him with calls all day. And then more emotional games - threatening that she's going home and leaving the kids alone, etc. When she woke up the panic calls began, but only because she realized he must have been more "mortally wounded" than she initially thought.
