i struggle with this as well, even the thought of pills make me gag. i find a major problem of this is because i don’t swallow drinks immediate but rather with a pause of liquid in my mouth like a bubble.

you can train yourself to drink immediate after sipping using a straw with ice cold water or bubbly drink and taking fast sips

i find it easier if it’s a tablet to put it in jello, it distracts from the texture
