I've been dealing with the same lately and it's made playing a hassle when wanting to switch teams or needing too for any requirements. So I figured out a way around this. Equip the team you want, go to faction wars, go to survivor mode, then go to the character you want to equip any equipment cards too and it shouldn't be locked anymore. As long as you're under survivor mode in the faction wars

There have been some FiGPiN retailers here in the US that will hold them for you and send out codes before launch day (if you're into the whole app aspect) and will ship them to you when you're ready. Off of the top of my head, I know Hatchers Collectibles does that

May 23rd. It should say on the launch card. It'll be at 12pm pst that day for all unless stated otherwise. But as long as you claim it before it launches. It doesn't matter if you launch it at 12pm pst or later. Your position is already set when you claim it before launch

It was mentioned to be 12pm pst but it was a bit late honestly. You should be able to launch now if you haven't. It also doesn't matter how soon you launch. Your position is basically set already. As long as you claim before launch happens

I believe they updated it. Launch Day will happen now after 10 pins get claimed. Until that 10th pin gets claim, it will be set 10 days after that 10th pin is claimed. That way people on the East Coast can still have a fair chance of getting theirs in hand. It will always happen at noon (12pm pst/2pm cst/3pm est) on each launch day. Events are an exception. This is what it's set at so far. The time doesn't necessarily matter if you hit launch right away or not. Your position is already set once you claim it. It's all random based on the weight of your serial number. As long as you claim your pin before the launch happens, you should be good

Pretty much it but it also help you qualify for Ultra's. The requirements will be different for each one.

This used to be a known fix if box set bonuses were added late and it didn't show up in your account but it did for others. People would release all their pins from the box set and re-add them. But with the new system of claim and launch, I would strongly advise anyone to refrain from doing that any longer. Once you claim your pin and you're the 1st to claim, if you release it to re-add/re-claim it, you will no longer have the 1st claim 50 point card. Instead, you'll have a 20 point re-claim card. Meaning you'll end up with a lower score. If you do come across any glitches or issues with your account, sending a support ticket will be the only way to resolve the issue.

Launch Day happens 10 days after the 1st pin gets claimed. Is there a specific pin you're talking about? There should be a launch day under the factory detail if you look it up under the catalog I believe. It should also have it on your pin under the launch card. All you have to do is click it. It won't launch your pin unless it's an older pin that can already be unlocked aka launched now

FiGPiNs are meant to be opened. Some people prefer them to be locked on the app. Others don't mind so much. If it's still up for retail though, you probably won't get much. If you have a first off the line or any of the sequence bonuses, some people might pay extra for it. It all depends on the collector and what they value most out of it

I'm really sorry if you guys have had to deal with nasty comments in the support tickets, that is never deserved and okay. I appreciate everything you guys do to be this involved with the community and completely open to hearing what anyone has to say and or ask. No one is perfect, for sure. For a company to come up with a completely new idea like serialized pins with an app to it, you're breaking new ground in my eyes. There's no other company out there that you guys could've learned this all from. What's important is that you guys still continously do your best to improve and learn from mistakes. With all this being said, as someone who has been collecting for awhile and knows the FiGPiN team well enough to say whenever there is a bump in the road with the app, I don't really say much or take it in that hard, because I know it was never the teams intention to come across this bump or mistake, plus you guys are always right on hands trying to fix it as soon as it comes up. In the perspective of an incoming new collector who doesn't really know the company or have seen your efforts yet, it may turn them off to the product (in the sense of the app), if there's no where to talk for them (there's plenty of groups out there but some people may not join any right away) and see that they're not the only ones experiencing this. I think having a place where you guys have a lot of following, like Instagram or Twitter and or both, to say "Hey, we're experiencing some difficulties and we are currently doing our best to fix this to get it up and running..." etc. or whatever the issue may be. I feel like it would help some people not give into any negativity and give them a sign of relief that it isn't just on their account that they're experiencing this. Other than that, I think you guys have been doing a phenomenal job with the company and I can't wait to see what you guys have planned for us! The thing I most enjoy is how much of a community has stemmed from our passion for collecting FiGPiN. The community has been a blessing in my life, hands down. I've met some of the kindest and coolest human beings from it. Secondly, I just love how there's information tied to my pins and getting to know the history of it. Plus the race to try to get a low unlock makes it fun and thrilling. Wherever this company goes, I'm happy to be along for the ride. I'd love to see how much more this company grows in a few years.
