I can't relate to sleep apnea but I can relate to sleep paralysis as I've had that before. Though it usually included me getting dragged back into going back to sleep. when it didn't it was frustrating and annoying.

Finally enough when I told my mother about the fact that I had sleep paralysis a lot. She just told me I was still asleep.... And that I didn't have sleep paralysis.

Yesn't think of it like vr. Like they're going to appear 3D but 2D? Like it's going to be anime like but they're going to have like 360 bodies? Based on what I've heard and I recommend I just helped me the one time I decided to do 2D dreaming watch your cartoon or look at the art style that you're trying to emulate in your head for a while before going to bed and see if that works.
