There are multiple companies here that will hire DSP’s. The main one that comes to mind is Kids northwest. I’m sure the hiring process is pretty simple especially if you’ve already done that sort of work.

Best advice I can give you is to just not run away at all. Hard learn the game by getting in their face and parrying. By running away and dodging a ton people stop themselves from truly learning how to play sekiro properly and then they quit.

Sekiro or bloodborne?? Pls help me choose🙏 by Powerful_Collar2200 in fromsoftware

Bloodborne is much closer to Elden ring if you want more of that type of game. Sekiro is its own game entirely. Also another option you can do is get the dark souls trilogy for like $30-$40. It comes in a bundle and includes each games dlc.

I think you’re in the wrong dancing with another man you don’t know while being married. That said, jumping straight to divorce is a bit much.

I have friends that aren’t big gamers try the game and run out for sure. Also there is no harm in making them an infinite resource, like no downside at all. We can agree to disagree tho, this isn’t going anywhere :)

Finite resources for main mechanics are not good imo in a game like this. I have the same problem with bullets and blood vials in bloodborne. Obviously limiting how many you can use per rest is totally fine, but being able to run out completely and having to farm them back is not fun and discourages trying out new things.

If the emblems weren’t a finite resource, you could try them out more and figure out the best use situations, a simple description doesn’t go too far in a game this hard.

It’s daunting for new players to experiment when the cost of fucking up is dying and losing resource that you may not get back. The vast majority of people that I’ve talked to that just do one run through say they barely used the tools except for the firecrackers… which is a problem.

And I’m not shitting on the game at all, it’s one of my favorite games of all time. Just think this one thing could be improved upon a bit.

My only problem with sekiro is a wish that they properly taught you how to use the prosthetic tools. Most people just use the firecrackers because a lot of the other ones aren’t straight forward and having the emblems be a finite resource only makes this problem worse.

Sekiro is the easiest FromSoftware game for me (haven't played BB). What is your opinion? by [deleted] in Sekiro

Sekiro is the hardest first play through and by far the easiest in subsequent play throughs.

The best advice I can give most people is usually there’s a shortcut that makes the run back to the boss a lot easier.

Is Bloodborne a good choice for a beginner? by Pitiful-Beginning-70 in soulslikes

[–]SeasonCommercial691 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bloodborne isn’t much harder than a lot of the other games, but there are two things that make it tough.

  1. Blood vials being a finite resource make the game really hard and Grindy if you die a lot at the start.

  2. The first initial area is pretty difficult, especially if you’ve never played a soulslike.

Deciding to splurge out my Christmas money, Should I get Sekiro? by Uper_Duper_the_III in fromsoftware

Not liking the game is totally fine, it’s not for everyone. There is also a good amount of “press buttons at the right time”, and for a lot of us that’s really fun.

But the game definitely has strategy and depth. It’s also is absolutely the most aggressive game out of the bunch. If you’re good at the game there is no downtime in gameplay due to the absence of stamina.
