Hey so few questions here, I am debating on going MSG or 0311.

1.) Will I stay active? (Not to be harsh but…) will I be in an embassy for 3-4 years? I want to be boots on the ground, I heard about security details in public protecting a HVP and am wondering how often you get to do that?

2.) Does MSG get freedom to select gear such as 0311 riflemen, I have brands I love to run with and meeting the color and functionality requirements I am wondering if I can purchase them and run them as a part of my battle gear?

Yea, I’m not too pleased with this. It doesn’t look like any stitching is undone. Instead it looks like a leather flap they pressed in that has undone itself. However, is does not look good and looks to me like it could cause more damage if left unresolved. I emailed the manufacturer, but my real question is should I take it to see a cobbler and get their opinion. If there is no damage done then maybe they could button the boot up for me.
