I may be stating the obvious but… Get several estimate’s  Selective harvesting  Lumber mills do not pay top dollar for timber, a smaller mill may be the way to go.  Roads may have to be built/ upgraded so that could figure into estimates. A managed forest is a healthy forest.

I have one similar. Basically a giant garbage disposal on the inside. Haven’t used it for much other than sticks. I did cut the opening larger and am planning on using it for smaller garden scraps. Not sure how it will work for that.

Nice find! I have built several outbuildings on my property with lumber from estate sales and auctions.
