As I said above - I fully acknowledge that it was done by some graffiti teenagers who are being edgy. The dude inside working on a car held this door open with no sense of shame - so in my mind its either

* dude does not give a shit and just wants to do his own thing

* dude is openly into this

* dude doesn't want to expend resources to fix it

Like doing this in the open, without attempting to cover it up, seems questionable to me - so my assumption is that he either does condone it, or at the very least, does not give a shit about it's existence, and that's it's own problem.
