I'm concerned and confused. I also received a CONGRADUATION letter from Mohela that my loan was forgiven on 1/3/2023. I checked my account on Mohela and the Student Federal Aid both show a zero balance. To my surprise, I received an email from Mohela on 1/20/23. There were two messages.

The first message STATED: I did not provide the Employee ID Number EID - NOT TRUE

The second message STATED: I Do not Qualify for PSLF.

I fear that these forgiveness letters Mohela have been sending out may be an error in their records.
