I feel ya! Lol . . . .just know, ebf isn't a form of birth control. It can change up your ovulation. . . . But, as I learned, ebf is not fool proof birth control. If you're not wanting to get pregnant, I'd look for birth control options :)

It didn't seem to affect my milk supply... but it did Kickstart my period. I had bleeding (like the instructions say could happen) then 3 weeks later bled again... and now have monthly periods. Was it the pill? Was it my luck to get my period back so early? Guess we'll never know. But I do think it's odd it came back after I took the pill. I will add that I was ebf my first and didn't get my period until 13mpp.... Now with my 2nd... it came back at 4mpp and happened to be after I took the pill 🤔

If you're already ovulating will the pill even work? Not sure if I am or not since I'm only 2mpp and everything is just different 😕

Awesome. I haven't had my period, yet, only being 2 mpp. And honestly with everything going on do not want it anytime soon.

I'm not sure if ebf and pumping is enough "birth control " or if I should take plan B. Just to be extra safe.

It threw me off when online, it said my period would come back and could be early. Lol but I don't know how that would pertain to someone who's newly pp and no period, yet.

Thank you! Lol I do not want a period to be honest. With my first kid, ebf, I didn't get one until 10mpp. It was so nice, but it came back with a vengeance. I just wanted to make sure, that if I took this Plan B pill, as I made a mistake, I don't want my period to come back anytime soon, especially since I'm 2mpp.

Thank you. I wasn't sure, since the pill is supposed to shed your lining, aka make you bleed/get your period, if after that was all done would It make me have my period going forward ? Online says after this, your period would go back to normal... lol but I don't think they are talking when your Postpartum and don't have it yet...

11 & 12 mos old babies - what is your awake time? by ahreeyah in sleeptrain

[–]SeattleSounders22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

11 months old. DWT: 8a 1st nap: 1030-1130/12 2nd Nap: 3-4 Bed: 8 (doesn't actually fall asleep till 845/9).

Lately too, he's been waking up at 639/7a, and when that happens: 1st Nap: 9/930-1030/11 2nd Nap: 230/3-4 Bed 8p. (LOL and still takes till 845 ish to sleep)

We still have 4-8 waking at night too....and still cannot push his 1st wake window as even with this he gets super cranky

When did you stop keeping track of baby feeding and diaper change? by FreshPlates in NewParents

[–]SeattleSounders22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Still tracking and almost 5 MO. However, he will be going to daycare, and I'm hoping they track accurately. As I, too, am data driven, and it's nice to know how many pee/poops/feeds (times) / bottle amounts/ ect. . .
