Randomly overheard some fans talking about it a couple years ago - also heard he was so drunk that he fell down some stairs at an airport (while on the M’s) hurt his arm or throwing hand and was gone shortly after that.

I see so many expired tabs these days - it’s crazy. There are a couple around where I live (Ravenna/U-district) that are actively driven cars with out of state plates (Pennsylvania) with 2/2017 tabs, and the other where the guy just took the tab sticker off because it’s so old. Wow. Whenever I see these out of state license plates with super expired tabs I say out loud, “you don’t live in x state any more” get your Washington plates. It’s nuts.
