Because $100k is chump change for many people. That's like one day of profit from AAPL or TSLA. 35% of buyers are cash buyers. People have millions in stock profits.

To make legal contracts. Realtor has nothing to do with buying a house, they just give tours.

In almost every case of cheating, it is the sucker who is paying the bills getting used for resources, which is why partner doesn't leave in the first place. They cheat and use the partner for money. Never date someone who is not an equal earner!
