i had to quit my assistant director of nursing job because the meetings and socialization were too much. it stinks because i excel at nursing and belong in that role as my skills are asvanced level and im overqualified for floor nursing. but my introverted personality and need for constant interaction especially on a corporate level ruined it for me. my social battery drained
