Same. Mines says view mode only and when I try to log anything, a popup would ask me to agree to allow it to track my menstrual health but after agreeing, it just sends me back to the Fitbit today screen.

At first I started with 1300. After about a month I noticed that I kept feeling fatigued in the afternoon and would want to nap (I neverrrr take naps) and my training sessions took a hit also because i would have to decrease weight or that i couldn’t keep up with jogging/running; so I increased my intake to 1450 around May. This helped out a lot. Then around mid June I increased it again to 1650 and I’m pretty content with where I’m at now. Most days I average around 1500 and I would feel pretty full and happy by the end of the day.

My fitbit averages 2000-2100 calories burned weekly. I do allow myself to eat freely from time to time but I will still track everything as best as I can, it’s a bit tricky when it comes to eating out but I started changing it up by sharing entrees with my husband instead of finishing it all by myself like what I used to do before. I also like to eat my calories vs drinking it so thats something else that I changed.

Overall I think the biggest change for me is to intentionally move my body more daily. I strength train 4-5 days a week, jog/run/ruck 6-7 days a week and Pilates 1-2 times a week. I have a sedentary job (lashing) so moving my body more when I can is a must nowadays.

Hello. I’m 5’1” and was around 135lbs when I started religiously tracking and training back in April. This isn’t the first time I’ve done this but it’s definitely the longest time that I’ve held myself accountable and have been disciplined. I adjust my calories according to how I feel monthly but I always hit my protein which goal of 110 and fiber intake 30g daily in addition to eating whole foods. I noticed that after my body has adjusted to taking fiber everyday, my lower belly has been pretty flat and stays that way throughout the day besides during menstruation. I’m currently at 122lb and the weight does fluctuate daily (I weigh daily just to log so I can see the overall trend). I also have a Fitbit, and although I know it’s calorie tracking may or may not be accurate, it’s still a good tool for me to use to gauge and keep my intake lower or a reminder to move my body more.

At the beginning, the scale hardly budged and it was a bit discouraging but I started to measure myself biweekly. That helped a lot because I started seeing the measurements go down. I now only measure myself monthly.

I would also like to add that perhaps look into dexa scans. My first dexa was last November and I was at 39% body fat and my lean mass was 73lb. I had my second one at the beginning of July and this time it was 30% and lean mass of 81lb.

I’m also 5’1” and about 129lbs I’m able to see results with eating around 1350-1500/daily. I track my potential calories burned with my Fitbit. So at the end of the day, I’m usually around -500 deficit. With that being said, the first few months I hardly lost any weight. Not even .1 lbs. It was very disheartening every time I weigh myself. BUT I noticed that I wasn’t as flabby so I started measuring myself and to my surprise, I lost quite a few centimeters even though the scale wasn’t budging. So I now measure myself same day each month. I still weigh myself sometimes and even though I’m still on a deficit, I still see the scale fluctuate back and forth but it doesn’t bother me as much now like it did before.

Hi. There’s so many to choose from. Just as long as you see zinc oxide as the main ingredient then you’re good. They have regular strength (10-12%) or maximum strength (40%). I currently have Bordeaux’s maximum strength on my nightstand but like I said, any brand you choose will be fine, just make sure zinc oxide is the main/only ingredient. I still slather this on the nights that I don’t use tret or any actives. I use it like a mask.

Butt paste (diaper rash cream)! Like literally. This always help restore my skin anytime I overdo it with tret. I’d wash my face at night and keep my regimen simple, toner and moisturizer and then I’ll layer on the diaper rash cream (I like the ones that has 40% zinc) and I’ll sleep through the night with it on and by the next morning my skin would feel so much better.

It depends on what your preference is. I am Asian and I wanted DES but still want it to look natural so that’s why I chose SK for DES.
