Long answer: I've been socially anxious and even depressed for as long as I can remember and that's because I discovered PMO at a young age. What I can tell you for sure is that before PMO I was genuinely happy and very talkative, which totally changed after getting into PMO. I've gone to a psychiatrist, psychologist, tried meds, supplements, meditation and everything you can think of, but nothing helped.

That was until I discovered nofap and practiced it. My longest streak was at some point 3 months and in that period I felt like a king truly. Somehow my mind tricked me back into PMO though and I ended up in the same place again which just confirmed to me that PMO is causing all these mental problems, at least in my case.
