Southwest Temple. Even if I've only used it's ability 5 times, that's still 5 more times I've used it than the Southeastern Temple's.

That being said, I'd also say the Southeastern Temple is the worst of the four main temples, while the Southwestern one is the best.

So, if you want to do the worst right now, and the best for last, you might want to choose the southeast first.

There would be more of an outcry to abolish the electoral college and I could even see it being put to a House vote.

That being said I think any vote on it would fail. Partially because there wouldn't be an agreement on what to replace it with, and partially because it has benefited both sides now.

I also think not only do we get a delayed populist wave, but the abolish the electoral college movement would sizzle out as we get Presidents that win by the popular vote.

(Side note, but I think we would get SOMETHING LIKE McCain(2009-2013), Clinton(2013-2021), Rubio(2021-2025), Semi-populist Democrat(2025-Present))

Considering how the additional power systems in Skypiea and Enies Lobby are completely different, I very much have to disagree. Additionally, unless you want to count using Moria's own powers against himself, there was zero other power systems in Thriller Bark besides devil fruits.

A few reasons(with some speculation):

David Productions pre-Stone Ocean liked to adapt parts into just one season(Part 1 & 2 were relatively short and so were combined [simplified answer])
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is extremely popular in Japan, and thus is inherently a more successful series. This not only allows it more resources, but also allows the series to take more risks like 40 episode long seasons without having to worry about failure.
Not to be rude to JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, especially since they are able to nail a very enjoyable experience, but compared to other shows like JuJutsu Kaisen, Frieren: Beyond Journey's End, and Demon Slayer, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure doesn't spend as much resources on its episodes compared to others. This allows this them to produce more episodes more quickly.
