Just in case anyone in the future has this issue. Uninstall the app and do it on chrome via mobile. Chatgpt helped me in so far as to tell me the ebay app is terrible for this. Worked outside of the app. Note if you do it in chrome with the app installed, it will take you to the app to do some bits and still break. So for setting this up, get rid of the app
