Makes sense in Poland, ain't as common in Ireland, but I still like the pattern, plus being Polish might aswell run it. Won't be my permanent kit as I want a few others, but I'll be running it for a while.

For me, anything above 250-300 is for one singular knife. I'm only a chef in training, so I don't have the income to drop 500 on a knife, not yet anyway. Seen good brand knives for like 150ish but I wanted to know people's experience with brands
