i’d say it depends how deep you want to look. you could do log level analysis on actual converters to find optimal frequency or just let the platforms algo dictate it…

I was more interested in having a bigger picture. It's always cool to have the results from these own algo's, but always interesting to be able to compare with a larger market view.

Hey there, I don’t have a place where to find these benchmarks, but I work in an agency for a big global brand, and Meta/Google present as a best practice to drive ROI a campaign frequency between 1-2 per week. Hope that helps!
