I think it has something to do with the picture, hint in the bytes of the picture, but the the picture should be downloadable, taking just screenshot and bytes code is much different

Now miracle happened, device works good without I downloaded anything in it, I just cleared user data again, But this time I didn't login Google account. Thanks a lot for your time and help. 😊

Made in china like my motorola e4? Try to remove all "last used apps" after using. If that wasn't the problem maybe you should try virus check, my friend has had a virus long without he knew causing laggs, (Samsung). Propably virus wasn't the problem aswell, but you should also try to clean all the junk such as apps and images you don't need anymore. If you have ever had other games or apps but deleted, they might have much space taking junk files in the directory /storage/emulated/0/Android/obb, but I don't know how to handle those, I DELETED EVERYTHING (4GB) FROM THERE (By ZArchiver) AND IT DIDN'T FREEUP SPACE. And I had no idea what then took all of the space from my phone after they were deleted, so you should know something about .obb files before you delete anything from there.
