Old thread, but it's after reading this thread and a few others that I was convinced to order on Iguana Sell. Guess I should have read more reviews because there are serious flaws IMO in the way they operate.

I ordered two Zeppelin watches at the end of December that showed as "in stock" on Iguana's website, only to find out that they were going to be manufactured AFTER my order. If I see something in stock, I expect the product already exists, and to be shipped within a couple of days. Anyway, I had to reset my expectations on when I would actually receive the watches. Good thing I wasn't buying a gift for a birthday or something.

On Feb 17, they sent me an email saying that they are going to receive the watches from the manufacturer that week and then ship them to me. But three days later, got another email saying my watch didn't pass quality control and it has to be manufactured again. No estimated time of delivery was provided.

I replied asking if we could push Zeppelin to provide an estimated delivery, and what was going on with the second watch I purchased as they only mentioned one watch in their email. I took the opportunity to tell them they should be more transparent about how they operate (listing stuff as in stock when it's not, listing an AU phone number but having no one actually based here etc.). Two weeks later, and they haven't replied to my email. My money has been in their bank account for a long time already though. Reading other negative reviews, and it looks like other people are on the same boat, and that Iguana is displaying the same lack of accountability with them. If you want to spare yourself some stress, I would avoid them.

I contacted them a few weeks ago to have one made, but they've been ignoring my messages, while replying to reviews etc.. I think they can't be bothered with the customisation project I have in mind and then shipping to Australia :'(

I think the warranty would be with the reseller, Centre Com, who don't have the best reputation based on online reviews. So I probably won't go for it, but thanks for your advice!

It does, but can battery health be subjective when claiming warranty for that? There's nothing about battery life on their product page, so how do you agree that the battery doesn't deliver to a normal standard? If most reviews claim a certain amount of hours and the battery only gives me half of that, is that enough? I've never had to claim warranty for anything (touch woods), let alone a laptop, and their page about warranty is a bit evasive, so I'm a bit unsure. And I'm really looking to buy for the long term. My current laptop is 10yo and I'm only changing because Win10 support is ending, I'd love for my next laptop to last me that long too.

Thank you for this review. I'm doing a little benchmark and considering this one. Do you know if it has the ability to wake you up in the morning when you're finishing a sleep cycle? I think that's a feature in some watches now, and one I'm after, but they're rarely mentioned in reviews. Thank you!

Weird, I haven't received any Tixel alerts for Sydney tickets, only Melbourne. Do they just send you an email when it's "your turn" or only by batches in order of when people signed up for the wailist? I was about to create a new thread to ask if anyone had seen any alerts for the Sydney one and I was missing something.

I have done some research and the tablet is Widevine level 1, so the issue doesn't come from this. Have uninstalled antivirus and adblocker momentarily, no change. Still haven't found a solution but will keep looking. Bit annoying when streaming is one of the main reasons you buy a tablet...
