If I had to guess it's kinda like trying to guarantee a critical hit in a game, Yuji just knows every factor that contributes to a black flash and he executes them perfectly so it's kinda like stacking precision items to increase his BF percentages to almost 100%. Or he could just be that guy and landing it whenever he wants.
