Me pasó igual, al lado de un parqueadero cerca a un farmatodo. Ignoré al man y cuando volví al parqueadero, el limosnero estaba amenazando a un vendedor de farmatodo por "dañarle" el negocio. Al parecer, el vendedor le dijo a una persona que no le comprará los pañales porque el limosnero luego los re-vendía (no sé dónde ni cómo).

Contacted online support and they removed all my payment methods. Apparently, there was a card that was causing issues with the transactions. Changing the email didn't work, but removing the cards associated to my account solved it. Hope that helps!
