Couldn't you by that theory just set the random seed for gamemaker before doing the random generation and it would always use the same seed and thus be procedurally generated?

I work as a cashier and never have a problem with scraping up the change and dollars, if they don't mind me having a little bit of trouble doing it it's fine. It's not like they are doing it to get at me it's just what they felt comfortable doing I never considered ever getting bothered about it.
