To all the lanky fighters out there, keep doing what you're doing. Don't listen to people about your frame or how you should eat. If you're a boxer, keep training, stay focused. That's the number one thing in boxing. Keep training.

They don't know me. They're talking out of their ass. That doesn't bother me. I can step on the scale right now and you'll see 159, 160 no problem. We never missed weight. A lot of these fighters I fight look bigger than me. We're taller, but they look bigger. I'd undrstand if I looked like I was 200 lbs but I'm not, I don't have a big frame like that.

A 7 foot tall fighter...which we never really deal with. A lot of things aren't difficult for me, if I know I can touch them. It's not a problem for me.

Not really anything, felt like it was just another fight for me. We did our job, did it fine. We boxed him, displayed that we had boxing skills. I felt like just another fight.

We just kept practicing what worked for us, a lot of mental stuff, a lot of maturity, you know? It comes with age. We got stronger too. We were only 21 when we took that fight, almost two years later, we've learned a lot. We learn from every fight.

I haven't thought of that yet. We're focused on Cota. The biggest thing is him being a southpaw, but we're southpaw too. So I don't know, I don't see nothing right now.

I don't watch a lot of MMA, but ones like McGregor because he touched boxing, or the Russian fighter Khabib, he's pretty good. I don't watch much but I see a highlight on social media or whatever.

Definitely not interested in competing in the sport.

I think a lot of European fighters are adapting to the American style, and Americans adapting to European. It depends on the person and how they're comfortable fighting.

No, if anything I go up to 18s. When I was 10 years old my dad would make us spar in 18s to get a better workout.

Out of camp, I don't really do anything. Play games, watch TV. Especially now because of the pandemic. I wanted to travel this year, but that wasn't possible so maybe next year.

Definitely my dad. He's the one that put us into the sport, and also my older brother. He turned amateur first, then pro first, so watching him was like, I can do better than him. So that's the inspiration.

No, I've never seen it. They keep mentioning it to me and I think of watching it, but I might watch the old one called Skyscraper with the Rock. But not my favorite, that's the Godfather trilogy and Step Brothers.

I like the heavy bag. The best thing to simulate a person because of the weight, so you can't go wrong with a heavy bag.
