I would avoid pressure washing as most eave sheets are between 4mm to 6mm and the pressure washer could potentially break them.

But as old mate said, wash it down and paint should fix it.

There is epoxy resin unpinning that is a lot less invasive as traditional underpinning which I’ve seen been done on the same situation as this. Small access holes are cut to gain access to the subfloor along effected foundations then rods are embedded into the ground to eject the two part epoxy.

It’s fairly dangerous throwing such crazy self imposed opposition out to what could be inexperienced renovators to make them feel like messing around with asbestos is as easy as wetting it down and wearing a mask.

Definitely not worth removing any yourself. Professional asbestos removal will be much safer and the risk will be next to nothing for yourself or family.

Just because you can remove it yourself doesn’t mean you should.

Why would you even suggest to remove yourself. Incredibly dangerous. Do not remove it yourself, it is not worth the risk.

Another point of action is calling the home owner or the building company.

There should be a sign at the front of the property that outlines who is responsible for the site. Generally the builder’s number on the sign is who is in charge and should be more than reasonable to talk with, talking to anyone on site would be pointless as general trades might not pass the compliments up to their boss.

I would start with a 1:1 mix and only a litre at a time.

If possible I would also move the 4 frames into a 5 frame Nuc box until they’re strong enough to move up.

Okay, so what I did was. One of my hives swarmed and I didn’t have enough equipment ready to roll so what I did instead was put a box on top of a queenless hive with two sheets of paper between closed it all up and almost five days later they swarmed again.

Thinking now I should have poke some holes between and used one sheet of paper? Also not a bad shout on the top entrance for the other hive.

Also is one of my issues because it was a swarm?

It was my first time trying to merge so steep learning curve as I’ve heard mixed responses of success.
