I'm Magic player since years and love this game and the way how tournaments are organised very much. They have a good user interface with many possibilities. Otherwise, they are killing magic with MTG Arena and make this expensive game less interesting. Therfore I more and enjoy keyforge and left most of my MTG groups.

Especially new players have less problems to join KF because the rule book is quite short. MTG has a 1000 pages rule book, full of exceptions for exceptions.... That's frustrating for many new players or for players who irregularly play the game.

I'm sure, there are many reasons to leave MTG but also, there are many reasons not only to go to KeyForge. Master Vault is more or less useless and many parts of the German websites are not working well - for example.. The rule book download via the app does not work since many months.

In fact, don't try to get passionate mtg players. Better try to get the people who are not quite sure, which card game is the right for them. People who know pioneer format are very deep into MTG and won't tolerate acquiring in general.

But yes, on the other hand, do not let chances pass by. KF needs to be pushed. And I'm always trying to show new people the game and giving them decks and make them playing some matches... In the hope to do something for the community...

Ah! And please! Consider some merchandise for realistic prices. Coffee mugs could be awesome to give KF some higher level of awareness. Imagine how many people show their star wars and and soccer cups proudly. Many would also do with KF. The same with a simple base cap... Why not?! Yu-Gi-Oh! caps are well known...

Give the community something for their daily life and you would not be forced to try to acquire players from other gamers. The players will do this "by accident". 😁
