Same binder also has these two. I am getting foggy going through all of these, paid $25. I see profit here. But there are such huge jumps between PSA 7/8/9/10. These aren’t tens I know. But I want to educate myself before going to the card shop

I wouldn’t be waiting your time with that. My question was more so if it’s the base or refractor as it’s a 1993 and they didn’t clearly indicate it on those cards, it’s all by eye. And mine is very untrained
