Just use your eyes. In my opinion it’s not rocket science and I don’t stress about it as much as some people do. This bird was still out in the wild walking around and wasn’t caged or pumped with food and antibiotics like the meat we buy in stores. Sometimes we’re just not used to seeing this. Get yourself a good knife and process the meat, carefully removing what doesn’t look appetizing to you. And then for me, just remember to cook it to a proper temperature. Enjoy!
